Wisconsin parents plead guilty in child cruelty case
A year old girl cheered upon learning she would not testify against her mother Angeline Rogers 28 who pled guilty to three counts failing to prevent martial cruelty to her daughter and one count aiding physical abuse. Her husband Michael Rogers earlier pleaded guilty to four felony abuse charges. Both parents were arrested after their son walked barefoot coatless in freezing weather to police to report the abuse in Chilton.
