Los Angeles May 22 The South Pacific coast flyer plunged from a trestle near West Glendale ten miles north of here at midnight after fish plates and bolts were removed. One killed twenty two injured with several likely fatally. A hijacked wire appears to have caused the rails to edge the trestle as the train approached. Names include Ty Maken Santa Barbara and others from Los Angeles Cleveland Pittsburgh and Portland among the injured.
