Educational rally at the Corners in Black Jack

A second arson attempt in three weeks destroyed most of the brick circuit court building while clerks records largely saved. The 18 000 structure stood fifteen years as a town ornament. In France a separate blaze in Marcilly left eighty four homes gone and six hundred fifty people homeless.
