Hadl awarded 500 dollar verdict in county suit
Fern Hadl, plaintiff in a $1,000 damage suit against the board of county commissioners, was awarded a $500 judgment by a district court jury yesterday evening. Miss Hadl was among five injured in a December 24, 1933 automobile crash near the Deichman bridge, six miles southeast of Lawrence.
