Child Suffered Minor Injuries After Street Run-In
A 6 year old child was injured Monday afternoon after running from the street into a car near 4th and Locust Streets. Floyd P Bowlin, 41, of 2322 Westdale Road, was driving westbound on Locust Street and collided with the child who is a Woodlawn School student.
