Lions edge Raiders as Norris seals win in late rally
Norris earned two strikeouts in the seventh to close out a 16-8 Lions victory over Shawnee Mission South. Lawrence broke through in the third with a two RBI triple from Spinelli and Neilson sacrifice fly, while South notched a first hit in the fourth via a misplayed ball aided by an error, but Lions defense limited damage. Lawrence hosts Shawnee Mission North on senior night before Blue Valley and opens postseason regional play.
