All-Star students praised for moral focus and college plans
Extracurricular achievements set All-Stars apart as Baker University President Dan Lambert urged moral action and compassion for the less fortunate. Nominees from eleven area high schools pursue college, with seven headed to KU or in-state options, and three winners enrolling this fall at KU. Judges Gary Gallagher, Barbara Schowen, and Stuart Dorsey commended the group while noting strong out-of-state interest.
