No contest plea in Presto gas station robbery case
Lawrence man Eddie Rivera 36 pleaded no contest to the January armed robbery of a Presto gas station at 1802 West 23rd Street. A presentencing investigation was ordered. sentencing set for June 17 in Douglas County District Court. Witnesses described a masked suspect and a handgun shaped BB gun found nearby.

District attorney amends charges in apartment shooting case
