Kansas motor voter injunction and voter proof of citizenship details
U S District Judge Julie Robinson blocked Kansas from enforcing citizenship proof for motor voter and federal form registrants in 2016, a ruling upheld by the 10th Circuit. Fish v. Local pages still reference citizenship proof while omitting the injunction details, prompting updates from the ACLU and state officials.
