Funeral services for 14 year old Joshua Albert Seutter of Virginia Beach will be held at Beach Fellowship at 11 a.m. Monday with burial at Colonial Grove Memorial Park. A Princess Anne Middle School eighth grader and school band percussionist he died May 7 2008 at his home. He is survived by his parents Ralph and Ruth Seutter a sister Ashley Reichard and husband Brandon and a brother Joel all of Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends today from 3 to 6 30 p.m. at Holloman Brown Kempsville Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Princess Anne Middle School Band Scholarship in Joshua's name.

The Lawrence City Commission will consider approving a bid to repave a major stretch of Iowa Street from 23rd to 31st streets. The project price is 422,854 dollars with Asphalt Improvement Co. performing the work and the state contributing 200,000 dollars. Work is expected to start in late summer.
