Lawrence adopts National Electrical Code by reference ordinance
The city of Lawrence Kansas adopts The National Electrical Code 1981 Edition by reference to govern electrical work city wide. The ordinance revises permits inspections licensing board duties and penalties and repeals prior city code provisions. It requires copies filed with the City Clerk and outlines enforcement rules and underground wiring provisions.
