Tommy Lee spousal abuse case reduced to misdemeanor
In Malibu California the spousal abuse case against Tommy Lee was downgraded to a misdemeanor and he was released from a five year probation for alleged assault on ex wife Pamela Anderson. A Los Angeles County Superior Court spokesman said the judge granted a defense motion to dismiss Thursday. The 40 year old rocker had faced charges of spousal and child abuse and a firearms violation after Anderson reported an assault. Lee pled no contest to a corporal injury to a spouse and received suspended jail and prison terms.
