County studies road accidents and shoulder plans

Redistricting deadlock could delay Kansas primaries

The filing deadline for legislative, congressional and Board of Education candidates could shift from June 11 to July 12 if redistricting isn’t finished, jeopardizing Aug. 6 primaries.
