Alpha Omicron Pi alumnae observed the Phi chapter’s 45th birthday at Kansas University during a Wednesday evening meeting hosted by Mrs. Junius Underwood. R. Zurbuchen of Lawrence shows spray painting with a vacuum sweeper. The American Crayon Co. of Kansas City also demonstrates. About 200 people are expected. the Polly Painters Club hosts. Zurbuchen serves as secretary-treasurer of the group, which has about 300 members since forming in Cherryvale last fall.
