Sunday Violators in Cotausus Ohio May 8
Fred Hessenauer keeper of a German garden and Phillip Wierthwen were the only saloon keepers to violate the Smith law yesterday in Cotausus. Hessenauer sold nearly 200 kegs of beer and was fined ten dollars and given six hours imprisonment after pleading guilty before Blowhouse, a German justice. Indignation expressed at the justice.
