Video lesson on water treatment sparks embarrassment
Arkansas City first graders watched a lesson on wastewater treatment that included footage of a naked woman showering. The clip appeared during Careers on Wheels day and led to a five day suspension for the city employee. Supt. Jean Snell says no legal action will be taken and calls the incident a slip-up. The employee is a long-time contributor to the program and well liked by students and staff. The district will review screening procedures.
