He was born Oct 9 1959 in Huntington WV served in USAF 1982 1992 in Desert Storm. Survived by parents Judy and Donald Baker sister Barbara Pfeiffer twin Susan Gelarden Karen Baten son Chris and wife Lynne daughter Kim and husband Dan granddaughter Taylor and others. Lawrence recorded about 0.10 inch of rain by 10 p.m. Tuesday with 0.15 inch from scattered showers. Through May 5 the area has 5.65 inches this year, well below the 9.58 inch average.
