Lawrence district reorganizes to split technology and programs
After voters approved a 92.5 million bond last month the Lawrence school board reshaped the district by creating a technology and educational programs division. Curriculum specialists will move to teacher on assignment roles in schools, reducing central office administrators. Angelique Kobler will become assistant superintendent of teaching and learning on July 1 as the district searches for a new assistant superintendent of technology and educational programs.
