Dad and Mom newsletter lifts inmate spirits nationwide
Rawins Wyoming migration profile shows Bill and Carol Ann Marsh, disability retirees, running a monthly hope project named Dad and Mom. What began with 36 inmates now reaches about 1,100 in 40 states with Bible passages, light humor, and personal prayers. Inmates respond with gratitude and artful letters, including a photo.
