Florida abortion bill awaits Bush signature
Florida House approved a ban on late term dilation and extraction abortion and Governor Bush said he would sign. The measure makes the procedure a second degree felony with up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for doctors. Mothers face no charges.
