Cash Register Found In Eudora City Dump
A cash register stolen from the Kansas University University Theatre Box Office and the Fine Arts Office in Murphy Hall was found in the Eudora city dump after a resident reported it to Deputy Sheriff Johnny Miller. The recovered items included $42 in cash, $92.90 in checks, $3.50 in the register, and the register valued at $893.86, with $33.40 missing from the Fine Arts Office cash drawer. The finder was David Mason of Eudora, who alerted authorities.
