Fairy tale twists inspire lens work at Lawrence High
Lawrence High School teacher Angelia Perkins challenged photography students to reinterpret timeless fairy tales. Austin Hall photographed Sleeping Beauty using a needle as a spindle proxy while Elena Booth reimagined a Gia Marie Carangi tale with Earthly settings and altered hair color. The images use highly processed black and white film for a soft fairy tale look.
