Douglas County man indicted on child porn and felon ammo counts
A federal grand jury indicted Gustav Wilhelm Brune 32 on new charges of viewing child pornography and possessing firearm ammunition as a felon, adding to earlier counts that he failed to register from 2009 to 2011. Prosecutors tie the updates to his 2001 federal conviction for possession of child pornography. Brune’s attorney says he registered with the county sheriff’s office August 31, 2011, arguing no violation in November 2011.
