Murder Charge Filed After Slaying of Agna Dishman
In Wellingios on May 1 Judge Lawrence rejected a guilty plea to manslaughter and ordered John Cummings charged with murder in the second degree for the killing of 16 year old Agna Dishman three years ago. A warrant will issue May 6 when Cummings appears to plead guilty as arranged by the county attorney. The judge indicated he will detain Cummings and accomplices without bond after arraignment.
