County approves easier conveyances for frontage road access
A Wednesday night resolution allows the public works director to accept certain right of way conveyances on behalf of the county. The change aims to reduce landowner trips to commissioners and supports ongoing property access rules approved earlier this year for frontage roads along arterial, two lane roads. Browning says the county will build the frontage road while landowners convey the land, especially for undeveloped parcels.
