Committee endorses Tiller charges in Kansas politics
The House Federal and State Affairs Committee backed a resolution urging Attorney General Morrison to reinstate 30 misdemeanor charges against Dr. George Tiller of Wichita. The move, tied to past actions by ex-AG Phill Kline, aims to ensure the criminal case proceeds despite judicial dismissals and political backlash from both sides.
