Mandan North Dakota March 26 AP residents along the Missouri river flocked to army engineers and planes to remove a huge ice gorge threatening to flood thousands of acres of farm land. Engineering teams, bombs and government planes converged on Mandan Fort Lincoln and seven other bases as seven bombing planes were ordered to assist.
