Kansas City freshman Democrat Aaron Coleman agrees to mental health counseling and a domestic violence assessment to avoid prosecution on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge stemming from a fight with his younger brother. He also agrees to drug or alcohol testing if asked, with a one year diversion and required counseling and fees totaling about $294.50.

Lawrence man sentenced after seeking sex from 15 year old
Lawrence man Michael Ken Aller, 32, received 59 months for electronic solicitation of a person 14 to 16 and 32 months for attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Judge Kay Huff suspended the sentences to 36 months of probation to run concurrently. Aller pleaded no contest on January 3 2022 and was sentenced February 1 2022. He allegedly contacted a 15 year old girl on Facebook in October 2020 and sent illicit photos and drove by her home three times.
