Stolen Mail Case Stays On April Term In Topeka

Trio in Hospital From Auto Wreck
Three people were hospitalized after a highway crash eight miles northeast of Lawrence on Highway 24 at 6:30 am. Jerry R. Moore of Sunflower Village reportedly lost control on a curve, struck a culvert, and ended in a ditch. Moore suffered lacerations, his wife Darlene reportedly has a fractured back, and Robert Tippen of Olathe was taken for observation.
