City to decide gun range location in Lawrence
Lawrence City Commissioners will decide Tuesday where to place a private gun range. They must choose between rezoning the industrial building at 1021 E 31st St near 31st and Haskell or using the Malls shopping center at 23rd and Louisiana as a backup. The Malls option faces neighborhood opposition while the 31st Street site draws support from youth groups and schools.
