Bad Memory Misnomer Says Doctor Bruno Furst
Dr Bruno Furst, a memory trainer who has taught 25000 people, argues memory is directional like a muscle and can be improved with exercise. He says many feel memory is poor due to life avoidance such as unhappy marriages, and that people can recall names and faces after training. His method blends concentration, observation, and symbol cues and is taught at Yale and Brooklyn College.
