Acupuncture Helps Allergies Says UC Irvine Expert

Benefits faded after two months, suggesting ongoing treatments may be needed.

Path to Health for Seniors in Douglas County Starts Soon
A six week program called Personal Actions to Health PATH aids residents 60 and older in forming healthier habits. Beginning April 2 classes run 9 to 11 am Tuesdays and Thursdays through May 9 at East Lawrence Recreation Center 1245 E 15th St. Participants learn to modify food habits and practice nutritious cooking while understanding exercise effects on chronic diseases.
