Robbery case ties rims to gunpoint theft in Douglas County
By Conrad Swanson one man was robbed of drugs at gunpoint during a confrontation over missing rims in rural Douglas County. Eugene Davis 32 of Kansas City Mo was arrested March 7 on a charged attempted aggravated robbery. Davis allegedly pulled a pistol to a man’s head and demanded payment before fleeing with drugs. He faces trial in June and could face more than 11 years if convicted.
