Law Firms and AARP sue Capital One for age bias
AARP and Richmond law firm Butler Williams Skilling file an age discrimination suit against Capital One. They allege firing hundreds of workers 40 and older and using a performance ranking system to justify layoffs. About 60 former employees have joined, per attorney Harris Butterll. Capital One declined to comment.
