Mrs. Robert Hageart hosted the Finesse club at luncheon and bridge today at The Hearth. Miss Helen Skilten of Kansas City was a recent guest, with social plans ahead for parish and club events including a charity bridge and Mother’s club meetings.
Activities span Sigma Nu engineering chapter elections to church guild luncheons and garden club gatherings. Stories highlight John Burnett chosen Nu commander, university honors, plant sale dates, charity drives, and social teas with plans for fundraisers and demonstrations at parish houses, schools, and homes across the community.
At the March 28 meeting Mrs Ralph Colman will present the program Parade of Saint Paulias featuring displays of named varieties of Saint Paulias, commonly called African violets.
