Arsonist linked to more Lawrence fires continues
Investigators pursue about 60 leads in a string of Lawrence arsons tied to a single suspect. A man seen near Watson Library on the night of a major fire is not yet a formal suspect, but authorities want to question him. The fires have caused roughly 4 million dollars in damage at a retirement center in Olathe and about 500 thousand elsewhere. Rewards totaling up to 6 thousand dollars are offered for tips guiding to an arrest.
