Burns laid to rest with only family at simple funeral
George Burns is mourned at a private service near Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rabbi Harvey Fields officiating. The 100 year old comedian died weeks after his 100th birthday and is to be entombed beside Gracie Allen. A larger memorial for show business friends will be held later.
