Law enforcement and Internet leaders unveiled a national CyberTipline to help parents report attempts to abuse children found online. FBI Director Louis Freeh AOL CEO Steve Case and lawmakers spoke at an Arlington briefing for a $600,000 project funded by a federal grant.
