Mother Whipped Daughter Chooses Jail Over Fine
In Kansas City Missouri, Mrs. Woodside 34 a farmer and show performer chose 100 days in the workhouse over paying a $100 fine for whipping her 16 year old daughter Lorene. Judge Fred R.
