Ghost gun used in Olathe East High School shooting
Prosecutor Steve Howe said 18 year old Jaylon Elmore used a ghost gun built from a kit or parts in the Olathe East High School attack in which two adults and a student were wounded. Police say the officer and administrator were injured. the officer fired too.

Baldwin City seeks county OK for revitalization tax rebates
Douglas County Commission will decide today whether to authorize Baldwin City’s Neighborhood Revitalization Program.
