Barker Bound Over For Narcotics Charge Trial
Richard Eliott Barker of 632 Michigan Street was bound over to the May term of District Court for trial on a possession charge. Youthful thief Arthur E. Austin jailed for theft

Wreck Causes Damage on Lawrence Street
Damage estimated at 210 dollars followed Monday evening when a car driven by Eleanor Schnack of 1205 Maskell Avenue struck a parked car belonging to W. O. Nelson at 545 East 39th Street. The driver said her foot slipped onto the accelerator while turning near 11th Bnd Vermont Streets. no injuries were reported. Two other minor accidents occurred Monday in Lawrence.
