Crosby arrested in Times Square hotel on marijuana gun charges

New York musician David Crosby, 62, was arrested at 1 a.m. at the DoubleTree Suites Hotel after a hotel worker found a luggage piece containing an ounce of marijuana a .45 caliber handgun and a knife. He faces charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree illegal possession of a hunting knife illegal ammunition and marijuana. Also noted Don Johnson lenders seek sale of Aspen property to recover $930,000 from a 2002 loan.

General Franks to Speak at OSU Commencement
