Barrels murder evidence challenged in Robinson case
Defense for John E. Robinson Sr. asks to suppress evidence from a June 3 2000 search that recovered two women's bodies from barrels on a Linn County farm, arguing warrant illegality and lack of jurisdiction. They contend officers overstepped authority, numerous seized items were not listed, and media coverage jeopardizes a fair trial in Johnson County.
