Shotgun incident lands man in jail near apartment
Lawrence man John Andrew McKean, 19, was arrested for criminal use of a weapon after a sawed off shotgun blast punctured the ceiling of his first floor apartment at 1425 Ky. No injuries were reported. McKean posted $250 bail and was released. The incident followed the apartment complex manager reporting the event to police.
