Jurors begin deliberations in third Haskell rape trial
Jurors begin deliberations in the third Haskell rape case against Galen Satoe after closing arguments from prosecutor Dr. Rieg and defense attorney Angela Keck. The charges include two felony rape counts one felony aggravated sodomy, one felony attempted rape and one felony attempted aggravated sodomy. The 2014 incident involved a 19 year old freshman at Haskell Indian Nations University. Wheeler, 21, pleaded no contest to aggravated battery and is serving 60 days in jail.
