Bus Plunges Into Swamp Killing Dozens in Vietnam
An overcrowded bus trying to pass a cement truck crashed through a bridge and fell into a 20 foot swamp in Binh Dinh province. Officials say nearly 50 people died and about 20 were injured as passengers and relatives, many migrant workers from Thanh Hoa, were aboard. The driver was detained for questioning.
