Body recovered from Wichita area lake
Authorities identified the body of 29 year old Zachariah Shepherd of Andover after he disappeared while swimming across Lake Afton near Wichita. The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office said he camping at the lake and vanished around 2 a.m. Saturday. his body was found about 1:20 a.m. Sunday at the 258 acre man made recreation lake west of Wichita.
