Stolen Buick Thief Fled as Moore Pursued near Lawrence
Rey Moore, city motorcycle officer, recovered a stolen Buick formerly owned by W. A. Dunn of 329 Elm, but a faulty motorcycle slowed pursuit. Two men who rode with the thief were detained. Pennington and Wall, later identified as Kansas City suspects, were turned over for federal charges.
