Lawyer for doctor says Jackson had pulse when found

Los Angeles, AP. Edward Chernoff, lawyer for Dr. Conrad Murray, said Jackson still had a faint pulse and was warm when found in bed and not breathing. Murray did not prescribe Demerol or OxyContin and performed CPR, Chernoff added. Regular autopsy proceedings and ongoing investigations were noted, with questions about painkiller use and potential contributing factors.
