YRC Aims China Expansion with Shanghai Jiayu Logistics Deal
YRC World Wide Inc. said it signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Shanghai Jiayu Logistics Ltd., a major LTL carrier with over 3,000 vehicles serving 30,000 customers. The price and completion date will be set in later negotiations. YRC also renamed Meridian 10 to YRC Logistics as part of the move.
